By submitting an order and/or making a payment, you are purchasing services as agreed upon either in an individual service contract or as outlined in our course descriptions. Rights and ownership regarding Course materials belong to Write Services LLC. Rights and ownership regarding ghostwritten projects are as described in individual contracts. All Services are non-refundable and come with no warranties, expressed or implied. It is your obligation to read and understand our Terms and Conditions and Refund policies before submitting any order and/ or payment to Write Services LLC.

Refund Policy

This document was created to ensure you are provided full knowledge of the privileges and limitations governed by Write Services LLC policy. We offer refunds only in specific cases and specified conditions, as follows:

Change of Mind

The customer is entitled to 100% refund before any work is started on the project.

If (for any reason) you change your mind and decide to discontinue your project with us after placing your order, you can ask for a refund within 24-hours of placing your order or prior to your first scheduled interview, whichever comes first. A 20% processing fee will be charged in other cases.

Unexpected Results

With some exceptions, milestones are built into most projects as a means of checking in prior to project completion. If these milestones are not met according to expected results it is the client’s responsibility to discuss differences in understanding with the Writer as early as possible.  No refunds are granted if this communication is not verifiably attempted

Unsatisfactory Delivery

Once the work is delivered, customers are only entitled to claim a refund once they have exhausted all options detailed below;

Late Delivery

We believe in “On Time Delivery.” If we fail to deliver the asked for service on time and you have attempted to contact us at least three times to which we’ve failed to respond within a 24-hour period, you will be entitled to a partial refund based on a prorated rate once it has been established that the late delivery was the company’s fault.

Refund Time Frame

Refunds must be claimed within 30 days of product delivery. Refunds claimed after the set time frame will not be honored.

All customers must note the deadline for claiming refund at the time of product delivery or completion of first week of courses.
